Dato Sri Darren Yaw, also known as Darren Yaw Foo Hoe, is the founder and the Managing Director of Darren Yaw Foo Hoe & Co. He graduated from University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He was admitted to the Singapore bar in 2007 and admitted to the role of Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He has been involved in a number of cases involving numerous civil and criminal trials. He has counseled retainer clients on business matters and contracts such as franchise and trust agreements.

With the idea of making the law understandable to the general public, Dato Sri Darren Yaw founded Darren Yaw Foo Hoe & Co in the year of 2012. Over the years, the firm has grown at an exponential rate under his leadership. He also used his influence to inspire those around him to serve the people with the intention of helping them.
